• Open your next job: the customer's details are right there
• Tap to call or text them, or tap the address to open directions in Maps
• Job done? Tick what you did, enter the hours or amount, and send the invoice on the spot
• Then open the next job and head off. Paid jobs are ticked off when the money lands

• I build your site and send you a link to try, including a test booking
• You check the wording, prices and invoice. Changes are included
• We go live on your web address, do a real test booking together, and I put the Job Book on your phone
• Most businesses are live within 48 hours of sending back the questionnaire

Built with AI, checked by me

I use AI tools, Claude (by Anthropic) and ChatGPT (by OpenAI), to write first drafts of your wording and set everything up quickly. That's how I can have you live within 48 hours for a fraction of an agency's price.

A person still does the important parts: I check every word, test every booking and invoice, and nothing goes live until you've approved it. Your customers' details never go into an AI tool.

Where it's hosted

Your website and booking system run on Netlify, a large web hosting company, on an account in your name. It's free for most small businesses. Pages load fast, the site has the secure padlock in the browser, and there's no server to look after.

Bookings and the Job Book are stored securely with your site, not on anyone's laptop. Your web address is registered in your name with an Australian registrar, and emails go out from your own Google or Microsoft email account.

One-off cost, no monthly fees

• Pay once to get set up: from $1,500 + GST, half to start and half when you go live
• No monthly fees from me, and no commission on bookings, ever
• Hosting is free for most small businesses
• Your only running costs are your web address (about $20 to $40 a year) and business email if you want one (about $10 to $12 a month), paid straight to those companies

After you go live

• A free 1-hour update session once you've accepted your finished site, for any changes or questions
• A full written guide to how your site, hosting, web address and email are set up, so you can make updates yourself
• After that, changes or help are $100 an hour, only when you need them

It's yours

Your web address, email, website wording and customer list are all in your name. If you ever stop working with me, you keep the lot.
